We just started another 6-week cycle of our group for trans and gender non-conforming teens. This week we hung out, worked on rainbow holograph scratch art, discussed our feelings about our names, and shared thoughts about the coverage of trans issues in the media.
If you or a teenager you know is interested in finding more community and supportive peers, consider this group. Kaden provides a supportive space for all, and helps young people navigate their gender expression, identity, and self-understanding. Parents don’t always know what to say, but having adult and peer support can make a world of difference in feeling loved, accepted, and understood.
